I am not liking the fuel injection so much so far either.
It's sooooo much more complicated for an off-road application.
But I do like the absence of any flat areas anywhere in the throttle range.
I myself am thinking maybe Suzuki just plain out did a better job or something.
The R450 is doing fine in pro GNCC... and Kawi has ZERO.
Haha. They're doing more than fine. Borich is starting to run away. I've been a huge fan since the days he was a privateer and I'm glad this season is looking promising for him! Hopefully his luck will stay good. Stick wish he wasn't on a Zuk this year tho! I'm a Honda guy at heart that just happens to currently ride this Kawi...I love it tho...other than the things here and there. This Kawi FI is going to have to find some good improvements and catch up soon b/c it's beyond frustrating for me at times...especially on starts...and I haven't even had the difficulties that so many have with it. Lol. Everyone will soon be FI, but it'll be a much better "car-like" set-up that auto adjusts itself like the PCV will do (MAF sensors and exhaust temp sensors are a must). I do like not having holes or flat spots in the range...and tuning is so much better than the old days of an hour to re-jet every time til you get it right...but improvements would be much welcomed.
