Toe in will give you more stability (less twitch) at high speeds, but slower response to handlebar input. I like running the quad toe-in though because at dead on or out...these things are twitchy beyond belief!

So...check your toe. There was already a link posted on this thread to do so. If that doesn't work, check your wheel bearings, tightness on your ball joints and steering stem bushings, etc. Also...what tires are you running and what are your soil conditions. I've learned that Razr II's on sandy soil are twitchy beyond belief! It'll float all over the place!
