Jesus dude, sell the fucking thing if you hate it so much. These things do not have overheating issues. They just don't. If they do, it's because you did something stupid, or it has an issue that will be covered under the standard warranty. Maybe if you would have taken it back to the dealership instead of throwing cash at it without knowing what the problem was, they could have fixed it, and you wouldn't have to worry about it. You don't need to run an aftermarket rad, you don't need to run any extra cooling systems. The fan works just fine if the ran is clear of any mud or debris, just like any other rad on any other machine.
The connecting rod holds up just fine with the stock internals that it was designed with. If you upgrade the cam/piston, you should make sure the rest of the motor can handle it. Anyone that has built a motor knows this. You don't run a 2 bolt main 350 if you want to get 600 HP out of it. It will break. Go figure.
Tell you what I think? I think you should stop bitching and buy a Honda if you're so uphappy with the Kawi.
